Our client is looking for a Full-TimeAmazon Ads Managerto lead strategic advertising initiatives for a diverse range of Amazon brands. Over recent years, they’ve become a trusted name in eCommerce performance marketing, known for combining data-driven strategies with creative execution to deliver consistent growth and client satisfaction.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, leadership, and client management. The ideal professional will transform insights into actionable strategies, mentor a team of analysts, and collaborate cross-functionally with creative and operations teams to maximize performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of Amazon advertising strategy and execution across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, conducting weekly updates and monthly strategy meetings that translate performance data into clear recommendations.

  • Develop and implement advertising strategies that balance growth and efficiency, optimizing for conversion rates (CVR) and total advertising cost of sales (TACoS).

  • Manage and mentor a team of Marketing Analysts, providing training, guidance, and feedback to improve analytical and strategic skills.

  • Create and maintain SOPs, QA systems, and training materials to ensure consistent quality and scalable performance.

  • Collaborate with Seller Operations Managers, Copywriters, and Designers to align advertising initiatives with pricing, listing optimization, and creative updates.

  • Build quarterly and monthly growth plans with operations teams, outlining tactical actions aligned with broader account objectives.

  • Design and execute testing frameworks, including A/B experiments and keyword ranking initiatives, to drive continuous optimization.

  • Use platforms such as Amazon Advertising Console, Search Query Performance, Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, or similar tools to identify insights, trends, and growth opportunities.

  • Proactively identify new ways to improve ad performance, including campaign expansion, creative testing, and cross-department collaboration.

  • Communicate performance stories to clients, emphasizing data insights, growth drivers, and next steps.


Requirements

  • Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized mindset.

  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Must be available to workstandard USA/Eastern Time hours.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of3 years in media buying, including at least2 years focused on Amazon Advertising.

  • Proven success managing budgets between$100K–$200K monthly.

  • Experience in client-facing or agency environments.

  • Background in mentoring or managing analysts or marketing teams.

  • Strong understanding of Amazon ad mechanics, ranking systems, and category strategy.

  • Proficiency with Helium 10, Perpetua, XNurta, Data Dive, or comparable tools.

  • Experience across product categories like beauty, home, food, electronics, or baby.

  • Strong analytical and storytelling ability to present data-driven insights clearly.

  • Familiarity with DSP or AMC platforms is a plus.
