Job Description

Join our vibrant team as a Budtender, where you will be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide for customers exploring our premium cannabis products. This role is all about creating an engaging, educational, and welcoming environment for both seasoned enthusiasts and newcomers alike. As a key ambassador for our brand, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with product selection, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help customers make informed choices while promoting responsible use and compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable products based on their preferences and experience levels
  • Educate customers about product features, effects, consumption methods, and proper usage through engaging product demos and clear communication
  • Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
  • Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure products are appealingly presented and easily accessible
  • Conduct regular stock checks, restocking shelves, and managing inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Assist with product demos and sampling opportunities to enhance customer engagement and promote new or featured items
  • Uphold strict compliance with all state and local regulations regarding cannabis sales, ID verification, and record keeping
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions politely via phone or in person, practicing professional phone etiquette at all times
  • Support the team by supervising fellow staff members when needed, ensuring smooth store operations during shifts
