<p><span>The Red Hat Consulting Services team is looking for a lead AI Architect to help grow the emerging AI tech business in EMEA. In this role, you will help our customers to realise the value of AI and drive adoption of Red Hat AI technology through Red Hat’s AI professional services. You will be working in a small team within the EMEA Solution and Technology Practice (STP) which designs and delivers cutting-edge technology projects for Red Hat’s customers, while supporting our larger regional consulting teams.</span></p><p><span>This role can be based in any EMEA Red Hat country with access to a major airport. Successful applicants must reside in a country where Red Hat is registered to do business.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What you will do</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Develop new consulting solutions that address common customer use cases. These are reusable packages of technology consulting that can be used to quickly meet customer needs. Performing discovery and scoping of consulting engagements involves being able to deliver in-depth technical workshops with customers to elicit usecases, elaborate solution architectures, build work backlogs, and assist the sales teams with the technical aspects of creating consulting statements of work.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as lead architect on cutting-edge AI consulting projects for our customers. As a lead architect you will have authority over the design, implementation, and commissioning of complex and novel AI systems.</span></p></li></ul><p><br><span>Note: This role may come into contact with confidential or sensitive customer information requiring special treatment in accordance with Red Hat policies and applicable privacy laws.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What you will bring</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>5+ Years of experience in a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect or related role with a proven background in customer engagement, ideally within a consulting services organisation or a services division of a software vendor.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A strong understanding of the value of AI for our customers and the ability to position Red Hat’s AI Services portfolio as a catalyst for corporate strategy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrable experience in the following technologies: <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Kubernetes/Openshift,</span> Jupyter, Python, KubeFlow Pipelines, vLLM/LLM-d.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrable experience and the ability to talk about: predictive and generative models, model training, fine-tuning and alignment, MLOps, model evaluation, model serving and MaaS, drift, bias, and explainability, model guardrails, tool usage, agentic harnesses, model metrics and observability.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A good understanding of the Open Source community.
