🧰 What You'll Do

  • Command ERJ-145 operations in accordance with FAR Part 121 standards and company SOPs
  • Lead a professional flight deck, model CRM best practices, and mentor crew members
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and operational excellence from preflight to shutdown
  • Deliver an exceptional passenger experience through smooth, informed, and efficient operations
  • Operate international segments requiring seamless coordination and documentation readiness

🌟 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 1,500 hours
  • 121/135 Experience: 1,000 hours of applicable FAR 121 SIC or 135 PIC experience (FAR 121.436)
  • License: ATPFAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Recent Experience: Instrument current; logged 20 hours of flight time in the past six months
  • Open to Lic. Holders: FAA
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)

🧾 Additional Requirements

  • Permit: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator's Permit
  • Passport: Valid passport; able to travel internationally without restriction, especially in Canada and Mexico
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided
