As the face of NetJets, the Pilot is responsible for providing safe and accurate transportation as well as an outstanding service experience for every NetJets Owner and passenger. This role requires versatility, blending professional aviation with a concierge-level service experience.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Ensure the safe operation of the aircraft during all phases of flight as per FAA guidelines, OEM Checklists, Flight Operations Manual, and Standard Operating Practices.</li><li>Welcome Owners/passengers before flights, making introductions, providing updates about the flight and itinerary, weather conditions, and safety briefings.</li><li>Deliver in-flight services, including the handling of catering and beverages.</li><li>Load and stow baggage appropriately on the aircraft.</li><li>Care for Owners' pets and accommodate smoking passengers as needed.</li><li>Serve as the final authority on all aspects of aircraft operations and compliance with safety regulations.</li><li>Act as a liaison for Owners/passengers from the arrival at the FBO to departure at the final destination.</li><li>Report any maintenance issues through the Maintenance Control Center, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.</li><li>Complete any additional assigned duties as required.</li></ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) and First Class Medical Certificate.</li><li>Must meet FAA ATP certificate requirements, including a minimum total flight time and specific experience qualifications.</li><li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li><li>Ability to manage varying schedules, including long duty hours and overnight stays away from home.</li><li>Must maintain flexibility and effectively adapt to sudden changes.</li><li>Must possess a valid passport, a state driver's license, and the ability to travel internationally.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.</li><li>Ability to handle physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Willingness to work around pets and accommodate Owners who smoke.</li></ul><p><b>Compensation</b></p><p>Base Salary Range: $86,015 - $117,706</p><p><b>Benefits</b></p><p>NetJets is committed to providing a variety of attractive benefits, including:</p><ul><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.</li><li>Wellness programs and employee assistance.</li><li>401(k) plan with company match.</li><li>Paid time off and parental leave.</li><li>Life and accident insurance, and voluntary financial protection plans.</li><li>Additional support for family care and legal needs.</li><li>Pet insurance options.</li></ul>
