<strong>VACO </strong>has partnered with a professional services company in their search for a skilled Senior Paralegal. The paralegal is responsible for credentialing, licensing and compliance matters. This is a FULLY REMOTE position but requires work during Eastern Time Zone hours.<br><strong><br>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Responsible for multi-state credentialing, licensing and compliance processes.</li><li>Review license applications, regulatory filings and renewals.</li><li>Update records related to various requirements.</li><li>Work closely with leadership and other departments priority projects.</li><li>Review legal paperwork for compliance.</li></ul><strong>Requirements</strong><ul><li>2 or 4-year degree, paralegal certification, or relevant experience is REQUIRED.</li><li>A minimum of 5 years of paralegal or legal administration experience is REQUIRED.</li><li>Must possess experience in licensing or regulatory environment.</li><li>Must have exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.</li><li>Need to be comfortable using technology with the ability to pick up new software quickly.<br></li></ul><em>Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
