Come join us on our journey!<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>As a Maintenance Manager, you will transform workplace environments by leading maintenance operations across your site and developing the next generation of maintenance leaders. In this critical role, you'll oversee Area Maintenance Managers and their teams, develop strategic maintenance programs, and drive operational excellence across multiple functional areas. You will blend strategic planning, financial management, and leadership development while navigating between managing preventative maintenance programs, coordinating with operations teams, and responding to emergencies that require quick, decisive action. But wait, there's more: We provide lightweight fire-resistant daily wear and composite toe safety shoes for your safety!<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> You will provide leadership and mentorship to Area Maintenance Managers and their teams of service technicians and automation engineers, fostering professional growth and performance</li><li> You will develop and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance programs, manage department budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site</li><li> You will ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols and procedures across all operational sites while partnering with site Safety leadership to implement and audit safety programs</li><li> You will manage capital spending plans, facilitate cross-functional project planning, perform cost analysis, and coordinate external contractors while maintaining high-quality service standards</li><li> You will travel domestically up to 15% to support network-level initiatives and provide guidance across multiple sites<br><br></li></ul><strong>About The Team<br><br></strong>This position operates on a flexible night shift schedule between 04:00 PM to 04:00 AM based on site needs to support our 24/7 operations and ensure seamless service delivery to our customers and partners across all time zones.<br><br>The night shift schedule is a fundamental requirement of this role. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
