Weekly Pay Full-Time/Part-Time Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Position: Mover/Packer Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00/hr Shifts Available: 1st shift Location: Fairbanks, AK 99701 What You’ll Be Doing We’re hiring immediately for a Mover/Packer role in a fast-paced environment. These roles are for the Mover/Packer position. As such, they will not be required to operate a vehicle, or act as Crew Leader. Responsibilities may include: Packing, loading, and delivering household goods, particularly for military families Prepping and crating items securely and efficiently Operating safely and professionally at all times Driving company vehicles (Only if hired as a Non-CDL Driver) Performing additional duties and projects as assigned More duties may be assigned upon hire. What You’ll Need Ability to work independently and follow instructions Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to 75 lbs, with the assistance of a crew member and dolly Must be able to pass pre-employment physical, 4 panel drug screening, and background check. Reliable and flexible with scheduling You will primarily be working on a military base; bringing your lunch each day is recommended Proficient in basic English (reading, writing, and speaking) Capable of completing required paperwork and coordinating with dispatch A Real ID is preferred or valid ID is necessary to service the base or any military facility.
