About the position

SodaStream is seeking a forward-thinking, enthusiastic, and experienced Revenue Growth Management leader. This role will support our global markets throughout their growth in a competitive landscape. In this role you will have the opportunity to drive significant value for our global markets, thereby impacting the success of our company at large. You will be responsible for the design, delivery, and evolution of cutting-edge Revenue Management programs and solutions that elevate capability and drive performance. This critical role requires deep expertise in revenue management, experience developing and executing innovative revenue management solutions. This is a highly consultative and collaborative global role in which you will consult with senior leadership teams in all geographies to identify skill gaps, make revenue management recommendations, and lead revenue management execution for the North American Markets to drive business outcomes. This position requires your flexibility to create and implement education and enablement across all aspects of the customer journey. Location: This person must sit in the Purchase, NY HQ office 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the Gross-to-net P&L Net structure by customer and by market.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to optimize the top-line revenue management including pricing, discounts, rebates, CDAs and promotions across different categories.
  • Review trade terms and contracts, identifies revenue opportunities, and ensure optimal revenue recognition in accordance with company commercial policy.
  • Define a Brand Ladder Strategy in line with competition, demand elasticity, products’ commercial role and pricing tiers.
  • Define Trade Spend and Trade Terms strategies driven by variable promotional activity that engages consumers as well as fixed contractual discounts given to our customers.
  • Work with NA sales team and cross functional business to design and deliver transformational sales enablement to help streamline processes and capabilities to improve revenue generation, including product mix, annual planning, pricing, customer spend, discounts and promotions.
  • Contribute to the Global Revenue Management Center of Excellence, providing guidance and best practices, conducting periodic revenue and related selling expenses analysis, trade terms optimization, and sale teams training and coaching to optimize revenue generation.
  • Implement global processes, standards and frameworks related to trade terms, review and advise on professional service revenue adjustments.
  • Success will be measured by the overall business impact by your enablement solutions, collaboration across cross functional teams and deployment of a data-driven enablement framework.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in business management, Operations Strategy or Information Sciences required.
  • 10+ years of work experience in revenue management focused functions required.
  • Solid strategic planning skills combined with exceptional project execution capabilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to analyze data and reports.
  • Collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities and the ability to influence.
  • Excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Enablement processes and systems.
  • Clear strategic thinker with vision and with the ability to execute on priorities.
  • Advanced power point presentation skills and an ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project managements skills including scheduling, workstream management, risk management, status reporting and resource management.
  • Team player with exceptional people skills and the ability to connect effectively across different cultures and various domains.
  • Build a trusted partnership with stakeholder teams and deep understanding of their respective businesses in order to discover the critical enablement needs.
