Position Overview:
Crunch Fitness Chelsea is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented Rest & Relaxation Attendant to oversee and enhance our recovery and wellness area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with members and is passionate about helping others maximize their gym experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide members on how to properly use recovery equipment, including red light therapy, wave beds, and Human Touch massage chairs
  • Educate members on the benefits of each recovery service to enhance their overall experience
  • Maintain and replenish amenities, including replacing chilled towels as needed
  • Understand Spirit Tune functionality.
  • Monitor the relaxation area to ensure all equipment is functioning properly
  • Proactively address and correct any issues to maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment
Qualifications:
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient reading and writing skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • 18+ years of age
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Multitasking skills
  • High energy and patience required

We currently have two openings available for the following shifts:
  • Morning Shift: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Afternoon/Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Compensation: $17 per hour
