Our application system is intuitive and easy to use, and we look forward to learning more about you as you complete your profile and submit your application.<br><br>Good luck, and thank you again for applying!<br><br><strong>Job Summary<br><br></strong>Current is an innovator in the outdoor cooking space, creating a new category of premium, all-electric outdoor cooking products designed to bring the joy of outdoor cooking to more people in more places—from urban balconies to townhomes and backyards.<br><br>This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role responsible for building and scaling Current’s B2B channel and serving as the sales lead and product expert for the brand within the broader WC Bradley Outdoor Cooking organization.<br><br>With approximately 65–75% of time focused on B2B (HOAs, multifamily housing, developers, and property managers), this role will establish and grow a new, highly strategic channel—leveraging strong product-market fit within communities where traditional gas solutions are restricted or impractical.<br><br>The remaining scope will focus on enabling the broader sales organization to successfully bring Current to market across retail and commercial accounts. This includes equipping teams with the right tools, training, and targeted account strategies, while positioning Current as the leading solution in the fast-growing electric outdoor cooking category.<br><br>THIS POSITION IS: REMOTE<br><br><strong><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>Build and scale a B2B sales pipeline across HOAs, multifamily housing, developers, and property managers</li><li>Develop tailored partnership models, pitch materials, and deployment programs for community-based customers</li><li>Drive prospecting, relationship building, and deal closure within the HOA channel</li><li>Serve as the Current brand expert within the WC Bradley Outdoor Brands sales team, providing product training, demos, and support</li><li>Develop and implement Current-specific trade programs and sales strategies</li><li>Identify high-potential target accounts and guide the WC Bradley Outdoor Brands sales team sales team on prioritization</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to support growth and execution</li><li>Represent Current at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings</li><li>Track pipeline performance and provide insights to inform broader strategy</li><li>Other duties as deemed necessary. <br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Qualification Requirements<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>5+ years of relevant sales experience</li><li>Experience in B2B/commercial sales strongly preferred</li><li>Background in consumer products or adjacent categories preferred</li><li>Proven track record of driving growth and building partnerships</li><li>BA/BS degree preferred<br><br></li></ul><strong>Knowledge, Skills And Abilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong B2B sales and channel-building expertise</li><li>Ability to operate as both a builder (new channel) and enabler (supporting broader sales team)</li><li>Excellent communication, training, and relationship-building skills</li><li>Strategic thinker with strong execution focus</li><li>Data-driven with strong pipeline and forecasting discipline</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership</li><li>High energy with bias for action</li><li>Ability and willingness to learn, improve, and broaden professional skills.</li><li>Ability to travel regularly (domestic and/or international).</li><li> Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.</li><li>Ability to work in a constant state of alertness. <br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Physical Requirements<br><br></strong></strong>Represents the appropriate physical requirements of the job in the course of the work.<br><br>For employment within the United States, the W.C.
