Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager to grow our brand and generate qualified leads through Facebook, Instagram, and other digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and experienced in creating content and managing advertising campaigns for home improvement or construction-related businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Facebook and Instagram accounts
  • Create and publish content, including photos, videos, and Reels
  • Visit job sites to capture project photos and videos
  • Run and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
  • Respond to social media messages and inquiries
  • Track leads and marketing performance
  • Create monthly marketing reports
  • Coordinate with sales and management teams
  • Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement

Qualifications

  • Experience managing social media accounts for businesses
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising
  • Strong photo and video editing skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in construction, remodeling, countertops, or home services is preferred

Goals

  • Generate qualified homeowner, contractor, and designer leads
  • Increase social media engagement and followers
  • Improve brand visibility in Orange County

Compensation

  • Part-time, full-time, or contract position
  • Compensation based on experience
  • Performance bonuses available based on lead generation results
