The Team

The Client Experience Platform team sits at the center of ABCorp’s Product & Engineering organization. We build the cloud-native systems that customers use to manage, monitor, and optimize their card programs.

Our platform connects modern web applications with secure APIs, analytics, and operational systems — delivering transparent, insight-driven workflows in a highly regulated environment.

The team partners closely with Product, UX, Security, Operations, and Customer Success to build secure, scalable, and elegant solutions that directly impact customer experience and business performance.

The Role

ABCorp is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Client Experience Platform team. This is a full-stack role focused on building and scaling a modern, multi-tenant SaaS platform that integrates with secure manufacturing and issuance systems.

You will contribute to both frontend and backend development, working alongside experienced Senior and Principal engineers. This is an opportunity to grow within a high-impact platform team while building systems that operate at scale in a regulated financial environment.

This is an in-person role based in Boston, MA.


How You’ll Make a Difference

  • Develop and enhance features within our modern React and/or Angular-based web platform.
  • Build and maintain backend APIs and services that power customer workflows and integrations.
  • Contribute to scalable, multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and UX to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
  • Integrate frontend workflows with backend services, analytics, and operational systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following established engineering standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment practices.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

Who You Are

  • 1–4 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Experience building web applications using React and/or Angular.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure (AWS/GCP exposure is a plus).
  • Understanding of modern software development practices including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in building scalable, secure systems in regulated domains.
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams alongside Product and UX.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work onsite in Boston, MA.
