Our customized service offerings and world-class service experts have the flexibility and experience to uniquely address our customer’s laboratory's business needs.</p><p>What you will do:</p><ul><li><span>Utilize multiple order management systems and platforms to support end-to-end order processing, including order entry, expediting, backorder management, product returns, and customer service resolution.</span></li><li><span>Analyze, maintain, and reconcile reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual and operational requirements.</span></li><li><span>Proactively communicate customer concerns, risks, or potential service issues to leadership; take ownership of resolving issues within established service-level agreements (SLAs).</span></li><li><span>Deliver high-quality customer support by investigating inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.</span></li><li><span>Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and issue resolution.</span></li><li><span>Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b></p><p>Education:</p><p>High school diploma or equivalent required.</p><p>Experience:</p><p>Required: Minimum of 2 + years proven experience in customer service/order management</p><p>Preferred: SAP, Mainframe, DFO</p><p></p><p>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:</p><ul><li><span>Able to read, write, and speak English fluently</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Strong verbal and written communication skills, and desire to deliver excellent customer service. This includes maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor in all interactions and upholding Thermo Fisher Scientific's values, including confidentiality.</span></li><li><span>Possesses a strong desire to serve the customer and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various levels of personnel at the customer site.</span><ul><li><span>Demonstrates computer proficiency and possesses intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite of software.
