How You’ll Make an Impact: We are looking for a leader who can step in and keep our operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day focus will be:

  • Confidently manage complex income tax return engagements from start to finish.
  • Leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure compliance with tax laws and guarantee timely, accurate deliverables.
  • Provide meaningful leadership, clear communication, and ongoing support and feedback within your team and the firm as a whole.

The Essentials You’ll Need: To be successful in this role, we ask that you bring the following background to our team:

  • An active CPA license and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on income tax preparation experience.
  • A strong, demonstrated understanding of individual, partnership, and corporate taxation, as well as tax law compliance.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading a team.
