Job Type Full-time Description   Scope: We are seeking a Christ-loving Registered Nurse to work under the Telehealth Nurse Manager to grow PreBorn!’s virtual care presence and provide personalized, high-quality healthcare services directly to clients—typically in non-clinical settings like their home, hotel, community center, clinic, library or wherever they are at the time they seek services. This virtual care model is part of the growing trend of concierge nursing, which emphasizes convenience, privacy, and individualized care. Character Qualities: · Adaptable · Confident · Compassionate · Critical thinker · Educator · Supportive · Passionate · Problem-solver Knowledge and Skills: · Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and reasoning to perform rapid assessments and triage, identifying nursing diagnoses based on client needs. · Develops and implements individualized plans of care and evaluates patient responses in accordance with professional practice standards. · Use evidence-based clinical inquiry to monitor and improve nursing quality and effectiveness in using the nursing practice. · Maintains a secure home office environment that complies with HIPAA, federal, and state regulations for telehealth services, and a professional appearance including appropriate attire. · Actively engages in professional development by setting personal and professional goals and contributing to collaborative decision-making processes. · Possesses comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology and nursing best practices. · Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure accurate documentation and patient education. · Demonstrates proficiency in keyboarding and telehealth technology, with strong technical aptitude for virtual care platforms. · Exhibits exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with patients in a remote setting. · Collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary team members of varying expertise to deliver holistic, patient-centered care aligned with pro-life values Duties: Primary Services: Telehealth nurses operate independently within their scope of practice as RNs to provide comprehensive virtual care. Their services include: · Gathering of patient information (assessment) · Identifying nursing problems (nurse diagnosis) · Setting expected results (outcome identification) · Developing a safe, patient centered plan of action (care planning) · Coordinating care across providers, clinics, services, and settings, including appointments and referrals (care coordination) · Providing psychosocial, spiritual and emotional support (holistic care) · Assisting women in accessing and navigating resources to address social, structural, and spiritual health needs (drivers of health gaps) · Promoting health literacy through education and coaching (health literacy) MISSION PRE-BORN INC is an EEO Employer - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status Requirements Qualifications: · Personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ. · Agreement with and adherence to PreBorn!’s Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct. · 100% pro-life – no exceptions. · Willingness to intercede before God for the ministry of PreBorn! Education: · REQUIRED Registered Nurse with an Unrestrictive Multi-state Compact License in a nursing compact state and good standing with the Board of Nursing (required) · BLS certified Experience: · REQUIRED At least 2-3 or more years of nursing care experience with women’s health / OB-GYN, labor and delivery, post-partum, neonatal, telephone/telehealth triage, community/population health, or case management/care coordination. Salary Description $33-$36 an hour
