We believe in connecting the world and supporting our colleagues to do the same in their careers by undertaking assignments and opportunities globally that broaden their skills and ultimately benefit our clients. </span></p><p></p><p><span>What You’ll Create and Do as a US Law Clerk, you will work under attorney supervision, preparing and submitting timely immigration-benefits requests for large and emerging companies, their noncitizen employees, and their families.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Review and mentor more junior Business Immigration Analysts.</span></li><li><span>Draft complex petitions for employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including PERM and adjustment of status applications.</span></li><li><span>Respond to client inquiries via email and assist with reporting and data requests.</span></li><li><span>Support program management for client accounts and lead special projects.</span></li><li><span>Train junior staff on US immigration processes.</span></li><li><span>Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, regulations, policies, and trends.</span></li><li><span>Leverage technology and automation to enhance the client experience.</span></li><li><span>Engage in self-improvement, using feedback to build strengths and address development areas.</span></li><li><span>Ensure accuracy and quality in your work and that of others.</span></li><li><span>Use analytical thinking and data-driven insights to inform conclusions and decision-making.</span></li><li><span>Participate in client meetings, offering insights and solutions.</span></li><li><span>Communicate effectively, adapting your approach to build strong relationships.</span></li><li><span>Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>3+ years of experience in US employment-based immigration.</span></li><li><span>Paralegal certificate or university degree is a plus.</span></li><li><span>Strong interest in upskilling for a digital world, embracing technology and new tools to deliver exceptional immigration services.
