Client Relationship Manager - Female (Agency Experience)

The Company is a UAE based Digital Marketing Agency.

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional, highly autonomous Client Relationship Manager to take complete ownership of our premium portfolio of UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while delivering world-class service. This is not a traditional account management role. We are seeking a powerhouse professional with top-tier western agency experience who thrives in an independent, fast-paced virtual environment. You must possess flawless English communication skills, a deep understanding of UK business culture, and a proven track record of driving client retention and satisfaction. To ensure we bring on the absolute best, candidates will be required to pass a rigorous, highly specialized assessment that measures real-world client handling, problem-solving, and strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • UK Client Ownership: Serve as the primary, direct point of contact for our premium UK client base, managing expectations, retaining accounts, and building deep-seated trust remotely.
  • Autonomous Management: Work completely independently from your remote workspace to oversee client deliverables, coordinate internally, and resolve complex roadblocks without needing hand-holding.
  • Strategic Communication: Translate technical or operational updates into clear, polished, and professional business language for overseas stakeholders.
  • Account Growth & Health: Proactively monitor client health, anticipate their business needs, and identify opportunities to add further value to their operations.
  • Performance Excellence: Maintain the exceptionally high bar of service, communication, and responsiveness that our clients expect, utilizing modern remote collaboration tools.
Required Qualification & Experience
  • Gender: Female candidates preferred.
  • Experience: 3 years and proven track record working directly with Western (specifically UK, US, or European) agencies. Top-tier agency experience is a strict requirement.
  • English Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. Your communication must be flawless, culturally nuanced, and professional.
  • Remote Setup & Autonomy: A self-starter attitude with a reliable home office setup (high-speed internet and power backup). You must have the ability to manage your own schedule, prioritize tasks, and execute flawlessly under minimal supervision.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to think on your feet when dealing with high-stakes client situations.
What We Offer
  • Compensation: Highly competitive salary
  • Work Flexibility: 100% remote work—giving you full control over your work environment.
  • Growth: Direct exposure to high-value international clients and a key seat in a rapidly growing agency environment.
  • Culture: A collaborative, flexible, and empowering work environment designed for high-performing remote professionals.

Selection Process Note: Our selection process includes a rigorous, specialized practical assessment designed to evaluate your client management instincts, English proficiency, and strategic thinking. Only candidates who demonstrate elite-level capabilities on this assessment will be advanced to the final rounds.
