We're hiring a responsive and professional Live Chat Support agent to assist our patients and clients through our digital chat platform in real time. Whether you're looking for full-time stability or part-time flexibility — we have a schedule that works for you. Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Respond instantly to patient and client inquiries through our live chat platform
  • Provide accurate and helpful information on services, appointments, billing, and support
  • Manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously with speed and professionalism
  • Log and document all chat interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate team promptly
  • Deliver a consistently warm and professional patient experience in every chat
  • Follow all company communication guidelines and service quality standards
  • Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols at all times
