Position Overview

We're looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in helping commercial truck drivers get back on the road quickly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately locate vehicle breakdowns across the U.S. and Canada using digital mapping tools
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
  • Coordinate with drivers, fleet dispatchers, and tire vendors to arrange timely tire replacements
  • Follow detailed customer profiles to ensure accurate service and product fulfillment
  • Enter critical service information into our system in real-time during calls

What You Bring

  • Full fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Full fluency in Spanish (for bilingual candidates only)
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with sharp attention to detail
  • At least 1–2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
  • Confident navigation of online tools and mapping applications
  • A personal computer and reliable high-speed internet (cable or fiber) that meet our tech requirements
