We have an exciting opportunity for a <b>Retail Sales Agronomist</b> <b>for our Brevant Seeds brand </b>serving the <b>Southeast South Dakota area.</b> If you have a passion for providing solutions to customers and supporting a high-performing team, this is a great opportunity for you- <b>Apply Now!</b></span></p><p><br><br><span><b>Responsibilities:<br>What Do We Expect from You?<br><br>The Retail Sales Agronomist (RSA)</b> role is responsible for owning the relationship, product training, demand creation, team-selling, and portfolio planning with retailer sellers.</span></p><p><br><span>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></p><ul><li>Product training and support, through in-person or various media forms, with a retail seller.</li><li>Leverage and promote the portfolio, support the process, and instill knowledge as well as confidence in sellers.</li><li>Understand and execute account level strategy with retail sellers by collaborating with Retail Business Manager (RBM).</li><li>Maintain sellers focus on planning their efforts where they can drive business forward. Own the seller plan and mutually execute with strategic retail sellers.</li><li>Drive the retail seller’s ability to demonstrate value beyond products to create product demand.</li><li>Core responsibilities are sales execution, demand plan, inventory ownership, plot strategy, agronomy meetings, in-field trainings combined with providing industry leading support regarding Brevant products to key retail sellers.</li><li>Coordinate efforts with functional leaders in the area. (Area Product Manager (APM), Strategic Business Consultant (SBC), customer service team, supply team, etc.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b><br><span><span><b>What expertise have you grown?</b></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing required. Will consider other degrees with related agronomy and field sales experience.</span></span></li><li><span><span>A minimum of 3-5 years agronomy and sales experience, with proven abilities preferred.
