This individual will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of robust Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other critical business systems. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and a passion for driving business efficiency through technology. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams across AWS services to translate business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.<h1><br><br><b>Job Description</b><br> </h1><p><span>Responsibilities:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Implement and maintain declarative customizations such as custom objects, fields, validation rules, Flows and Apex</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Integrate Salesforce with external systems using various integration tools and APIs - REST, SOAP, Batch jobs</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including system design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines - we work with patient health data so this is of the highest priority.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce platform.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionalities, recommending and implementing improvements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Qualifications:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of AWS platform development preferred</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with Salesforce declarative tools.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
