This role will provide advanced engineering expertise, drive innovation, establish engineering best practices, and lead the development of highly complex products from concept through global mass production. The Staff Mechanical Design Engineer will influence product architecture, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate across functions to deliver industry-leading solutions.</span></p><h2><span><b>Key Responsibilities</b></span></h2><ul><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span>Lead the mechanical architecture and design strategy for complex product platforms and next-generation technologies.</span></span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span>Provide technical leadership across multiple product development programs.</span></span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span>Drive innovation in product design, materials, manufacturing technologies, and reliability improvements.</span></span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span>Lead advanced engineering analyses including FEA, thermal assessments, vibration analysis, and tolerance optimization.</span></span></li><li style="color:black !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span>Establish and champion DFM, DFA, Design-to-Cost, <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word;
